Looks like somebody’s got a case of the Monday’s.
This was a classic line from the movie Office Space, but it’s also a feeling that many of our customers had before working with Yirla.
Here is the new movie. It’s Monday morning. Everyone logs onto the weekly marketing performance review Zoom meeting. Same people showing the same charts giving off the same vibe.
Performance is reviewed, but few if any decisions are actually made and everyone leaves with a to-do list, but no conviction to make the changes necessary for a successful outcome.
I get it. The meetings are painful. No wonder people get a case of the Monday's.
You go channel by channel through screen shots of your dashboards. You and team use all the right TLA’s (CPM’s, CTR’s, CPL’s). One of the people on your team makes the same joke that they’ve made week over week for what seems like forever and the action item is to “watch it again for another week”.
What we’ve found is that there are 3-recurring what we are calling "anti-patterns" (maybe this is a real term, I just like it).
